Below, we will explain WHY you should buy our Solution Kit(s) over other competitors that don't provide all the components neccisary to do the job right.
It is for good reason that virtually every top professional engine builder relies on ARP Pro Series head studs for their all-out competition powerplants. Simply stated, there’s not a better stud setup on the market today. For openers, ARP uses a premium grade 8740 alloy that is rated far superior to “aircraft” quality. Then, each stud is placed vertically in special racks and precisely heat-treated to 200,000 psi. This procedure ensures complete heat penetration and the results are far superior to those lesser quality studs from other manufacturers who just dump pieces in a basket and hope for the best.
These ARP studs are rated at 220,000 psi tensile strength, and provide the clamping force required to keep cylinder heads from lifting due to higher combustion pressures. The studs are manufactured in ARP's Santa Paula, CA plant from proprietary ARP 2000 material, with threads rolled after heat-treat to provide optimum fatigue strength. They are centerless ground to assure perfect concentricity. The ends of the studs are broached to facilitate easy installation. This feature also enables the cylinder head to be removed in tight quarters. Also included in each kit are heat-treated, chrome-moly steel 12-point nuts and parallel-ground washers. They are black oxide finished for extra durability.

Key Features and Benefits:
Here at PMM we got tired of fooling with cheap shady EGR delete kits that offer a Lifetime Warranty, truth be told if you have an issue those fly-by-night eBay guys won't be around when you need them. We offer a LIFETIME WARRANTY against material defects with our EGR Delete Kits. We literally tried every delete kit on the market and decided it was time for us to make a REAL EGR Delete Kit. Others use a pre-welded all-aluminum design which is prone to cracking from vibration over time while others use a fork-like base plate to hold the re-route pipe into the bottom of the intake and lets the pipe vibrate up and down which results in excessive wear on the o-ring and you end up on the side of the road with a massive coolant leak. PMM was the FIRST TO MARKET with a EGR Delete Kit that required no gaskets to be re-used by precisely inserting o-rings into our parts with our CNC equipment. We also are proud to say that all of our components are proudly Made in the USA. We don't outsource any of our components overseas nor do we use cheaper materials and cover them up with powder coating or anodizing processes.
Key Features & Benefits:
Q: If I Install this kit on my vehicle, will it “throw a code” or “CEL” (Check engine light)? A: It should not cause a check engine light on 2003-04. It may cause a check engine light on 2005-07 however there are a few solutions. On the 2005 you can leave a working EGR valve in place and that should fix the problem. The 2006-07 you may need to add a SCT SF3 Strategy Flash Tuner P/N 3015, Please call us for details.
Q: I have quite a bit of experience working on trucks, and I am planning to install this kit myself. How long will the install take and can you email me the instructions before I purchase the kit? A: A typical Performance Machine & MFG. Basic EGR delete install takes about 4-6 hours, our Complete kit w/ Up-pipe can take up to an addition 1-2 Hours.
Q: I have a stock 2004 6.0 and I am currently not experiencing any problems with the EGR that I am aware of and I have never checked to see if my EGR valve is clogged. Is there any real benefit to getting thuis EGR Delete now? A: If you are not having any problems with your EGR now you do not need to replace it. However, if you want to prevent the chance of EGR going out and want to lower coolant and oil temps, we recommend our PMM EGR Delete Kit. Also, there will be a slight gain in fuel mileage and horsepower.
Q: My 2006 Super Duty has began to blow white smoke. I have recently had the head gaskets replaced could the EGR be going out on my truck? Will this fix the problem, and does the kit include everything I need to install it? A: Yes, It sounds like you have a bad EGR Cooler. The kit includes everything you need to do the install.
Q: Do I need to remove the intake manifold to install this kit? A: No, you will not need to remove the intake manifold. This means the oil filter, fuel filter, and all the wires/hoses can be left in place saving hours of install time. Also, the gaskets are reusable and do not need to be replaced.
